It was sad to graduate and while the summer has been awesome and filled with some pretty awesome experiences, it's a terrible feeling knowing that I will not be returning to Union this coming fall. Throughout the summer I have been trying to figure out what I will do for this coming year with GrubLink. It seems that there are a couple people interested in assisting in running GrubLink this coming year. It has been a great experiences running GrubLink the past two years and I hope that our block parties continue to be successes. If anyone has any ideas for this coming year, would like to get involved, or has any questions please shoot us an email at

Hope everyone's summer is off and heading in a good direction. For those familiar with Brett and myself, we just graduated and in need of some help to keep GrubLink going. We need help with everything from interacting with local establishments to event planning and sales. This is a great opportunity to be active while still at school and learn to work not only in a team but work towards growing a company. A new deli has opened around Union College! Right down Union St. in between the train tracks and Union Inn a deli opened right on the corner by Jay St. While we have a couple delis around the campus already, this is the closest and hopefully will attract younger students without a car. I'd say its about a 10 minute walk from campus, which normally wouldn't be so bad but during the winter it seems brutal. I've been meaning to make my way out there but due to the recent snow I haven't been able to get my car out to make the ride over (notice I'm driving). Once I grab some grub there I'll let you know how it is. Keep on Grubbin! |

I am stoked. My first issue of my column will be out this thursday in the Concordy! The first column is on Cafe NOLA and hopefully will provide Union students with some good info on the new establishment. Keep an eye out |
